EUFC Lotto Licensing & Promoter Details

• Promoting Society: Evesham United Football Club (EUFC), registered as a Small Society Lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 with Wychavon District Council
• Official Promoters:
  • Main Promoter: Micky Brennan (Club Chairman)
  • Promoter: Andy Beasley
  • Club Secretary: Alex Poole
  • Address: Evesham United FC, The Spiers & Hartwell Jubilee Stadium, Cheltenham Road, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 2LS
• Age Limit: Open strictly to persons aged 16 years or over. Proof of age may be requested prior to payout

2. Entry, Payment & Cancellation Terms

• Payment Platform: All subscriptions and payments for EUFC Lotto are managed exclusively through the Spond app/platform
• Payment Terms: Participation is set as a recurring subscription (£5.00 per month or £60.00 annually, equivalent to £1.00 per single entry)
• Registration Deadline: To be eligible for the inaugural draw, subscriptions must be fully processed via Spond at least 24 hours prior to the first draw date (no later than 11:59 PM on Friday, September 4, 2026)
• Cancellation & Notice Periods: Members may cancel their subscription at any time via Spond, subject to the following required notice periods:
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Requires 1 month's notice prior to cancellation taking effect
  • Weekly Subscriptions: Requires 7 days' notice prior to cancellation taking effect

3. Game Mechanics & Number Changes

• Start Date: EUFC Lotto officially commences with the first draw on Saturday, September 5, 2026
• Winning Number Selection: Winning numbers are determined strictly by the first 6 main numbers drawn in Round 1 of the official UK National Lottery draw
• Exclusions: The Bonus Ball is explicitly excluded from all calculations and winning line determinations
• Post-Win Entry & Number Changes:
  • Following any draw that produces a winner, new members may only join during a 7-day window immediately following that winning draw
  • Existing members wishing to change their chosen 6 numbers after a winning draw must submit their request within 4 days of the winning draw taking place

4. Allocation of Proceeds & Prize Structure

• Distribution of Takings:
  • 50% of total gross takings go directly to supporting Evesham United FC
  • 50% of total gross takings form the active EUFC Lotto Prize Fund
• Single Winner: A single matching entry wins 100% of the active Prize Fund
• Multiple Winners: If two or more participants hold identical winning entries in the same draw week, the active Prize Fund is split equally (50/50 per two winning lines) among the winners

5. Rollover & Guaranteed Winner Policy

• Rollover Mechanics: If no participant matches all 6 main numbers, the 50% prize pot rolls over to the following week
• Guaranteed Draw Cycle: If no player hits all 6 numbers (Usually within 5 to 6 weeks), a guaranteed winner draw resolution will take effect under the scheme's accumulated rollover terms

6. Winner Announcements & Notification

• Public Display: All EUFC Lotto winning numbers and winner details will be publicly displayed at the Spiers & Hartwell Jubilee Stadium club premises and across Evesham United FC’s official social media channels (including X/Twitter and Facebook) following each draw
• Direct Notification: Winners will also be notified directly via their contact details linked to their Spond account
